The last Improvation (26 March 2010)

after we have store the pineapple sauce for one week since 19 march. we try to evaluate the taste to know the lastingness of the sauce. what we can evaluate here is, the taste of the sauce is a lilttle bit different and become more sour after one week. here is the picture of the sauce that we already heat on the pan after take out from the chiller.

to taste the real taste of this sauce, we have make seafood balls as a deep. here is the recipe and method.


1 kg of tiger prawn
1 kg of squid
50 gm of bread crumbs
1 tbsp of white pepper
a little bit of salt

method of preparation:
1. clean the prawn and squid
2. blend the ingredients in the robot coupe
3. put all the ingredients one by one.
5. heat the pan and fry it.

here are all the process to make the seafood balls. what we can detect is, our sauce must be prepared one day earlier because the period of lastingness is short. to avoid from any infection at the food we should prepare it one day before. will be continue on 13 april one day before event.

THE IMPROVATION WEEK! ( 19 march 2010)

we are back with our latest report on the 19 march 2010. for this week we are just improvise the taste of our food that we made last week. we would like to show what we have done during this whole day. please comment and evaluate by yourself.

PINEAPPLE SAUCE

the recipe :

2 portion of Sarawak Pineapple
2 piece of Bay Leaf
2 cm of Ginger
1 nos of Bird Eye Chilli
1 nos of Red chilli
300 ml of Pineapple Juice
1 table spoon of Corn Flour

method of preparation
1. Cut the pineapple.
2. blend the pineapple.
3. blend the chilli,ginger and red chilli together.
4. saute the blended red chili, ginger .
5. put the blended pineapple into the pan.
6. then put the bay leaf.
7. put the pineapple juice slowly.
8. wait until it turn a little bit thicker.
9. after that put the corn flour.

beside that the sauce, we also make the fried rice and pineapple chicken.. here are the reports and the picture.

PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE


Second is the recipe of pineapple fried rice:

1 bowl of rice
1 bowl of pineapple cube
1/2 bowl chicken flesh
a little spring onion (for decoration)
a little of mix fruit
2 nos bird chilli
a little white paper
a pinch of salt
1 nos garlic
1 nos onion
1 cup pineapple sauce

the method :
  1. cook the rice first and cold it.
  2. blend the bird chilli together with onion and garlic.
  3. saute the blended bird chilli,onion and garlic.
  4. enter the chicken flesh until cooked.
  5. enter the pineapple cube until brown and enter a cup of pineapple sauce.
  6. put the salt for the taste.
  7. lastly, when the sauce are boiling, enter the rice and mix together.

at last we done with our fried rice, we continue in doing our chicken pineapple.

THE THIRD RECIPE IS PINEAPPLE CHICKEN

the recipe :

a cup pineapple sauce
1/4 chicken breast
2 nos bird chillis
1 nos onion
1 nos garlic
1 no bay leaf
1/2 cup pineapple cube
a pinch of salt
a pinch of white paper

the method:

  1. heat the pan
  2. saute the garlic,
    onion and blended of bird chilli until brown
  3. enter the pineapple
    sauce
  4. enter the pineapple cube
  5. put the chicken
    breast until cook
  6. lastly, put the salt and white paper.

THE VARIETY FOOD FROM PINEAPPLE...(12 March 2010)

Last week we have produce another two new recipes. they are pineapple fried rice and chicken pineapple. The first thing that we did is pineapple sauce.

PINEAPPLE SAUCE

the recipe :

2 portion of Sarawak Pineapple

3. blend the chilli,ginger and red chilli together.

6. then put the bay leaf.
7. put the pineapple juice slowly.
8. wait until it turn a little bit thicker.
9. after that put the corn flour.

For this sauce, we did not adding salt and sugar because from this sauce, we need to separate into two portions to make chicken pineapple and pineapple fried rice. so that, we just adding salt and sugar last after we separate them.

1 bowl of pineapple cube
